my booking and payment process
To ensure commitment and quality service, I require a planning session to be scheduled and a non-refundable but fully transferable creative fee at the time of booking. This means you have the flexibility to reschedule or even transfer your session to someone else, guaranteeing that your investment is secure with me.”
“During our planning session, you’ll select a starting package—either 15 or 30 digital images. These base packages are designed to cater to your needs.”
“An invoice for the chosen package will be sent to you via email, along with a photography contract requiring the signature of a legal adult. Our online payment portal accepts all major credit cards for both the creative fee and any remaining balance, which must be settled in full prior to your photo session.”

Because you’ve already invested in your vision with a $250 creative fee, now it’s time to build on that foundation. We’ll decide on the perfect location for your photo shoot and schedule a date and time that suits you best. We’ll chat about what to wear and whether to include props. We’ll also choose a date for your Gallery Reveal Session, where you’ll see your finished images for the first time. Together, we’ll review the digital packages available. We’ll explore tangible keepsakes—albums and art gifts that you can touch and feel, helping you envision how your memories will be preserved. I’ll clarify any aspects of the business contract, ensuring you have all the information you need to move forward confidently. Before we part, I’ll update your contract with all the new details and send it to you for an electronic signature.
While I’m more than happy to accommodate a video chat, I want to be upfront about my “Zoom awkwardness.” It’s just one of those quirks that make me who I am. But rest assured, whether in person or through a screen, our planning session will be a cornerstone of the exceptional experience I aim to provide. -M

A skilled lighting assistant accompanies me to ensure the best lighting for your photos. The fee covers the time spent traveling to and from locations, as well as the fuel and mileage expenses. I often arrive early and stay late to scout the best spots and secure your images, extending a two-hour session to three for me. Countless hours are spent, professionally editing your images and designing keepsake art that tells your story. The Gallery Reveal is not just a viewing—it’s a celebration of your journey, complete with refreshments and a custom-designed slideshow set to music.

Capture the seasons of your senior year with three group photo sessions in June, October, and February. Vote on and participate in group activities, like bowling or escape room adventures.
